Panther Creek Cabins

The cabin was very cute. The best part was the running creek right next to it. The jacuzzi was only big enough for my 8 year old son. Too small to be enjoyable. The bed was advertised to be a queen but it was only a full. The bed was terribly soft. I don’t know that I’ve ever felt a bed as soft as this one. It was terrible since how I have lower back issues.I just could not sleep in it.My husband and I did not rest well. The second night I ended up sleeping in the oversized recliner and really messed up my neck. I would have been better off sleeping in the floor. I may would’ve slept in the floor if the floor wasn’t dirty.The cabin was not as clean as it needed to be. Cobb webs everywhere. Lots of dust. I actually felt a little offended that an envelope was left to tip the person doing the cleaning, except while we were gone.... no one came to clean or remove trash or make beds nor was the cabin very clean.I definitely would not have minded leaving a tip had the cabin been a lot cleaner than it was. There was no window covering on the front entry door no window in the what I would have considered the master bedroom. No a/c in that room either. There was a ceiling fan but we needed more air circulation that what that fan could provide.Very stuffy and very dark in that room. I would consider renting it again if the cabin was cleaned more than it was and they got firmer beds and furniture. The pricing of the cabin I felt is fair. But like I said firmer bed and cleaner cabin.

Best spot on the Reservation! So relaxi.g and peaceful will all the creeks close by, and great hospitality, too! WILL be back.

Was mislead by online photo of cabin. Bathroom faucets were reversed. Instructions ref how to leave cabin were rude. Hot tub was out of service. Was not notified of this until we saw a note in tub along with dirt and leaves. No closets or dressers. No covering on door window. Ceiling and walls are plyboard. Looked like a shed with bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms added. TV channels not worthy. Heat regulation was questionable. Have had better showers in a barn than this place. Water pressure not sufficient. Toilet paper holder needs to be reversed and closer to toilet. So much for celebrating retirement for 30 years of Law Enforcement.

Stayed at Nature Landing the cabin was nice but the mattress was old/lumpy with stained scratchy sheets. The kitchen air conditioner has open areas around it that let the bugs in.Think the owners need address these issues if they want people to have a restful stay. The setting is beautiful hope they can afford to update their mattress sleeping on couch is no fun.The fact is your mattress is the worst ever nothing to due with soft or hard. Please replace it and fix the holes around the kitchen air conditioning so bugs don't come in. Never said anything bad about your couch.

Very nice place good people and great service. I will most definitely be back.
