Quality Inn

The only credit I can give this place is that they’re pet friendly. We paid for pool side rooms, and only 2 were pool side. The rooms were disgusting and had live/dead roaches. The place is falling apart(bathroom sinks falling off the walls, none of their appliances work, the second floor outside looks like it’s gonna fall through). Housekeeping hasn’t serviced any of the 4 rooms we have. We are from Newport and now live out of town. We came home to enjoy family and haven’t stayed here in about 4 years. Definitely not up to the standards of Choice Hotels. And if you’re asking for somewhere comfortable to sleep after a long day, this isn’t the place. The beds are hard as a brick.

We rented 2 rooms from this place . Both rooms hasn’t been cleaned. I got pics to prove it. We found alive roaches in 1 room . Says non smoking but rooms smelt like cigarette smoke . Our beds must had shrunk because we was supposed to have king but they was full size . Won’t come back!

We decided to get the room inside near the pool. It was nice! There were like three other renters so quiet. Maintenance helped when needed fast, housekeeping service was great and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and the plants near pool were clean and beautiful! Safe location near highway. Thanks again from Detroit.

Clean, bug free, staff was nice, and attended any needs we had. Pool area was one of best I have ever seen. Price was very exceptional for a three night stay. Only complaint was for me the beds were a little to hard but my son liked the beds. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Very nice clean and pleasing rooms. Front desk at check-in was great. The indoor pool area was awesome - should have brought a swim suit at least for the small hot water pool. What a great way to relax after a long drive.
