I lived there for 2 years and really loved living there. Beautiful view of lake Winnebago right outside your door. The apartment itself was clean with quite a bit of storage for the size. Wall unit air conditioner, but it works great at pumping out the cool air.nA wonderful landlord who doesn't just treat you as a number/money, but as family. Anytime I had any issues she promptly took care of it.nI had no issues with my apartment in the time I lived there so I cannot speak to maintenance.nA negative would be that there was no access to laundry that I could tell. There are a few laundromats very close by though so that made it feasible in my opinion.nThe other tenants were all very nice. Anytime I needed help with something random someone was willing to lend a hand. Expect to be welcomed into the fold. None made me feel uneasy and I felt safe living there.nOverall I enjoyed my time living there, and if I ever moved back to the area I would live there again.

Very friendly landlord and quick reacting maintenance. Landlord was very helpful with the situation I was in and was willing to work with me until the issue was resolved. Clean apartments with good appliances inside. Really can't beat the price for a one bedroom apt. locally. Only downside I saw was that there was no access to laundry machines on site, but there are a few laundry mats nearby. Friendly neighbors be ready to be accepted into a family mentality.

I loved living here. The manager was very nice and professional. The maintenance fixed any problem I had right away. I enjoyed living across from Lake Winnebago. I liked most of the residents.

Run down needs lots of things fixed. i was in three different apartments when i was there. The outside is well maintained but cant say the same for inside. Only one had an air conditioner that was putting out reel cool air. The other two were like having a veryb big fan in the wall. With ice to cool it down.

I honestly don't know what people are smoking in the reviews, but the Landlord is very nice and pleasant! I heard she has been their for a few years now, so perhaps before people had poor experience with the previous management? Anyways I love how the entire area is up tight and clean, maintenance does an excellent job on call backs when there's an issue. Pets are allowed, such as dogs and cats, for example I have a miniature dachshund and sometimes I take him for a walk in Jefferson Park or the bike path behind the complex and the view is peaceful for sure! Right on the lake?? Come on it can't get any better than that! If I lived up in the area again I would rent again!!!!!
