We had a water line break Friday afternoon. My call was promptly returned and a technician was dispatched. Communication was excellent on when to expect arrival. Max was very prompt and professional. The leak was repaired quickly and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend.

Wow! Talk about resolving your problem and not giving up. Determined to get the job done and have a happy customer. First off let me say that i had purchased a new home and with it came an extended warranty. The second year my husband had renewed it reluctantly. So our kitchen sink was stopped up and i could not get it to drain. Could not run my dishwasher and had to dishes by hand and dump water in a bucket and dump out my back door. This all happened the day we were going on vacation for a few days. So we got back on Sunday and i called the home warranty company on Monday and they set up a appointment for Master Plumbing to come out on Thursday. Not to bad of a wait. So the guy came out and walked in with a hand held snake ( about 15-20 feet i guess ). Ran it through the drain and it did not work and said they would need to cut a hole for a access panel to be able to unclog the drain. They would submit it to the home warranty company ( American Home Shield ) . I asked how long that took and he said 24-48 hours. He collected my $65.00 deductible and was out the door in 15 minutes or less. So 2 days go buy and i call the home warranty company and they said they had just sent a letter out to us. I asked what i said. He replied they denied the claim because if it cannot be unclogged by a snake then they do not pay for it. Needless to say I wasn’t happy. I Called All Home Plumbing and they sat up an appointment to come out on Monday . Josh came out and he had a 25 foot snake ( it was not a cheap hand held one ) . He attempted to unclog the drain but was not able to reach it. So he went for the 50foot snake and retried but again with no success. He then went back out to his truck and got the 75 foot snake out and again attempted to unclog my drain. This time he was successful in doing so ( might i add he did not have to cut a access panel in my wall to do so ). This is a true Plumbing company who invest there money in the proper tools to get the job done and does not simply try once and take your money and run ! The problem with warranty companies is that they want you to take the job and cut your labor in half or less. They pay you pennies for dollars and its not worth your time. So if you are a real company who cares about your reputation and wants to be paid what you are worth stay away from these warranty companies. As for the plumbing company, well i would of had more respect for them if they would of come out with the proper tools to get the job done and not steal my $65.00. As far as all home plumbing goes yeah it cost me more than the $65.00 i wasted with the home warranty company claim. But they got the job done the first time and took away a problem for me and made life easier. They deserve to be paid for there time. I called because our water pressure reducing valve was malfunctioning. They showed up when promised and replaced the valve without issue. Price was fair and reasonable. Would most definitely recommend.

I've used these guys 3 times now this year. Pete has been out every time and he has done an excellent job. Very thorough and he always cleans up when he's done. I'm big on DIY but plumbing and I don't get along so calling them was a must for me. They are on the upper end for labor cost for our area but I felt it was worth it. Definitely recommend.
