Affordable Plumbing,Septic & Grease Services

Due to an unexpected problem with our septic tank, we were in a bind following Easter weekend. I contacted other companies, but they could not come out for an additional day possibly longer. I called Affordable Plumbing and the owner was very courteous and assured me that he could get to us the same day! They arrived on time in a very professional rig for the job. He took care of our problem quickly and thoroughly. He pumped it out, flushed it, and cleaned the lines from inside of the house to the septic. He didn't have to help, but shared advice on placing an access pipe in the septic tank. He even helped install the pipe before leaving. The price for the work was very affordable and we felt like Affordable Plumbing takes pride in making sure the job is done right.

Maybe two weeks ago, they were called to clean out the septic tank. They charged $475.00. Apparently they did not clean everything completely out. The bathrooms started clogging again. They were called again. They said they would come and did not come until the next day. They wanted $350.00 more. I asked why they would charge anything because they obviously didn’t do a good job two weeks ago. They were given $200.00 and they left. This was nothing but wrong and very dishonest. We don’t even know how long it will last this time. You can bet we want call Affordable Plumbing again.nnI was going to call the Better Business Bureau but they are not accredited. Too many complaints. I would not recommend Affordable Plumbing in Rock Island to anyone. They are not affordable. They will not answer their phone and there mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message.

The owner Jared Coulter is incredibly dishonest. They ripped me off for $3500 doing substandard work at a highly inflated price. They lied about having a permit and after doing some research I can't even find a plumber's license or even a business license on file for them. Complete scam and I'm planning to sue them and involve the TNnAttorney General

I'm almost certain any positive reviews are those of this companies doing. Seriously, call a different plumbing service! save yourself time and money by doing it right the first time. you're welcome!

Do not used anyone that will not communicate with you. Do not call back, block your number and is an NO SHOW (TWICE)for an job. I finally got an hold of them by an different number to cancel. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.
