We had issues with clogged drains and a broken sink plug, I messaged them pretty late in the evening expecting to make an appointment later in the week and he responded to my email inquiry on their website right away! Ended up being able to get there that evening. Very nice and professional, quick service for me and my family and very good value! I would definitely recommend their services and will be returning to them for any future plumbing work we will inevitably need done. We will be needing a new shower in the future, and they will be the only place we'll call! Very satisfied :)

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We called at 10:30pm (after trying to fix it ourselves unsuccessfully) and he was super nice and informed me he would head straight to our house that he was 45 min away. Even upon getting to our house he was so nice and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and what to fix. He was fast and personable. I know no one likes to come digging in the yard at 1130 at night but he was so professional and kind, explaining to us what the problem was. I can guarantee this will be the only plumbing business my family, friends and I will use!

I had a main line water leak between the house and street. After main line was shut off I began searching multiple review sites and wasn't sure which one to choose. I called Philip at Choo Choo Rooter and right away I was happy with my decision. The Choo Choo team happened to be on my street working on another project and said they would come over as soon as they were done.nThey arrived 40 minutes later and gave me a price on the spot. It was significantly less than what I had been reading for a similar repair in the area. Didn't add a lot of extra charges that some companies might, very fairly priced. They starting digging within minutes and were done in just over an hour. It was such a blessing to come across Philip and his team. I will definitely use them in the future.

These guys are great. They were able to replace our water heater the same day even though they had to work fairly late into the evening. The replacement works well and they even fixed a couple of other minor issues that were left over from the previous water heater install.
