Books-A-Million

Nice organized store with VERY friendly and helpful employees. They new exactly where a book was that I was looking for. A good selection of many things besides just books. There even was a great sale section. I am so happy that this store decided to stay open. I love browsing around the store and always manage to leave the store with more things that I actually came for. I just wish their membership/discount card wasn't so expensive.

Beware when shopping on the website. They literally charge you twice for shipping, (two separate charges). Just purchased a $300 book and it had the shipping fee already included and calculated at checkout but had an additional checked option (that can't be unchecked) for shipping that was not included in the check out total where the obvious shipping charges are shown. Upon checking out via Paypal my total had increased unexpectedly because and addition shipping fee was added to my total. Whats up with that?

Looks and feels like they're going out of business and don't care too much one way or the other about it. No going out of business sales, though. Just a merchandise store with some books. They say hi when you walk in and maybe bye when you leave.

Great on the phone customer service. Wasnt greeted when I entered, to busy talking about wrestling, also unable to make change for a book purchase so I left without what I came for. Now I have to go to barnes and noble

It’s great to have a book store during the digital age. There is nothing like browsing around a bookstore on a cold afternoon. Great selection, very clean and organized and excellent staff.
