La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cookeville

Family member had a suite room with the living room with it. Very clean. New furniture. Couch was L shaped. I think you could sleep on it. The negatives... Pool was broken. It had been for awhile. It was green water. They didn't tell this at check in. They should have. Because of covid you get a little bag for breakfast. It had 2 granola bars. Store bought, dry packaged kind. Yuck! 2 bottles of water and idk if there was anything else. But nothing fresh. There is a Waffle House right next door. People were pleasant. First room had a problem and they upgraded them to a nicer room. Staff was nice. There were tables and chairs if you want to work at a desk. One in room some downstairs. And patio furniture outside was nice to sit at. Just the pool and breakfast were big negatives.

We had to stay here for 2 weeks due to our closing being pushed back. It was the best place we could have picked. The staff was amazing and friendly and the apartment suite was the perfect option for my family to maintain some sense of normalcy.

the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are better than some of the other hotels in the area but one of my biggest pet peeves is the internet in the rooms. I constantly work on the road so I need to good wifi to get my work done and this hotel has the worst wifi. dial up in the 90s would probably work better. also for people with big vehicles if the parking lot is full good luck finding a spot to park.

Simply amazing. Anytime I'm back in cookeville this is my hotel and the king sweet is a small apt and the perfect honeymoon suite Jacuzzi tub and all

Very clean room, friendly staff. Right in the middle of the Falls areas. Several waterfalls within 30 minute drive. Waffle House right next door.
