Candlewood Suites Cookeville

Stayed here on Easter weekend while we spent some time to enjoy some waterfalls and hikes. Hands down probably one of the best friendly staffs that I have dealt with during my travels in the last 15 years. The front desk went out of their way to ensure that we got a room even down we arrived 2 hours before check-in. We were fine in just storing our bags but the front desk manager rather to have us settled and not be crunched on time. Next time we come out this way for a trip, this will easily be our stay again.

Check in was easy! Priscilla was such a sweetheart! Very friendly, and exceptional customer service! The room was amazing! I had a King Suite, and I literally felt like I was in a one bedroom apartment. This hotel will definitely be on my list to stay here again! Thank you again Priscilla! I wish you safe travels!

I just slid in bed... this bed feels like SILK! I LOVE IT HERE!!!nnFREE LAUNDRY!nFREE COFFEE!nNICE STAFF!nSUPER CLEAN!nFULL KITCHEN(NO OVEN)nCOMES WITH DISHES!!nnTHIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!

The room was beautiful and spacious! But, we found a bug In our bed! I have pictures and videos of it. I contacted the manager about it 3 months ago, and still have not heard back. Also, the pet fee was robbery. $75 for one night?! If we had known that before, we definitely would have taken our business elsewhere.

This location is awesome. Never stayed at a Candlewood (they may be new). I stayed in a king suite, that if I was staying for an extended period of time would be amazing. Two burner stove, dishwasher loaded with CLEAN dishes, more in the cabinet, full fridge, executive computer station with enough hookups. If you can't find it, they have it downstairs. What an awesome find.nnThey also have JR Watkins products in the bathroom.nnNot tried the bed yet, but looks amazing.nnWill find more Candlewoods if all of them are like this one
