Baymont by Wyndham Crossville

We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was clean and updated. They do offer grab & go breakfast. Very friendly staff too! We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, we travel with my poodle puppy. There was a lot of going & coming through the night with people slamming doors and talking while walking down the hall way. So our poodle pup did alert through the night. Maybe it was one of those nights I dont know but we didn't get the best sleep because of that. I would recommend if your not traveling with a pet!

Very clean, VERY QUIET! The owners are most polite and helpful. Extremely nice while at the same time keeping order and maintaining safety. Definitely recommend!!

Room was not completely cleaned when we arrived. Especially bathroom. It wasn't as clean as it should be but it wasn't horrible. Desk service was pleasant and efficient. Because of Covid there was no breakfast bar but the pool and hot tub were open.

My daughter had reservations to stay there last weekend. It was the worst.nAn inch of dust everywhere. Dog food on the floor. Absolutely no customer service. She complained to management, but they didn't care. She went elsewhere, but lost her first nights deposit.

My full in detail review was deleted from Google but let me just say this. Don't stay here unless you want to be slapped with overcharges and extra charges that they don't bother to mention when you book a stay or check-in. We got a small part of a charge refunded because there was a lady who clearly stated we should not have been charged for it. The owner however is sneaky and money hungry.
