Crown Resorts at Lake Tansi

Well after a week trying to get my money back the hotel said I needed to get it back from bookety. I made my reservation through Crown Resorts. Beware and be careful!

I was very disappointed with the accommodations. It needs to be renovated, badly. It is the worst furnished condo that I have ever stayed in. The cookware was unusualable. I had to buy a skillet to use while I was there. The bakeware was covered with aluminum foil. I was afraid to look under the foil. The dishes didn't match. The walls need work, lighting needs work. It was pitiful. I would not reccomend it to anyone.

Pros: For $80 a night it's good price for 2bd, 2ba. Good amount of things to do for a family. Main living area of condo is comfortable. Kitchen stocked niceky. It's off season so it's quiet. Heat and air work fabulously & very clean. Cons: worst beds ever! Hard, squeeky, can feel the springs! Extremely out dated! Little hot water. Enough for ONE average shower. Kitchen drawers fall out easily. Old box tv sets in bedrooms, no prime movie channel s. Wallpaper falling off trim. Blinds don't pull down all the way. Just 30 years of no updates.

The staff is very rude, I have said good morning or good afternoon and everyone ignores me, it seems that manners are not taught here. The resort is a nice area but very poorly maintained, very little cleaning and zero updating.

Nice and quiet. Very dated, could use some refreshing of decor. 19th Hole was a nice breakfast spot.
