It did a fine job. The towels were readily available and plenty of glass cleaner as well. Vacuums had plenty of suction. This was my first time to use them and it was a little more expensive than I expected. However, after the entire experience I felt the price more fair because of service and quality overall.

Many small scratches, couldn’t cancel membership in person at the office, and had to cancel online through a form. No real contact info for management. There are several verifications required by our company as well as the time needed for the bank to make an adjustment. We do our best to make sure that this is clearly communicated. This is communicated on the pay station screen at the time of sign up, on the sign up brochure, verbally given by the staff member and on the receipt that you leave with. We do our best to expedite when possible, but it is not possible to shorten the 7 day process to 2 or 3 days.nnI also see that you claimed damage in a google review. I have gone through our incident reports and have been unable to find any damage complaint on your account. Your google review is the first time that we have been notified of damage. This seems a little odd. I see that you washed as recent as 2/20. Is this when the claimed damaged occurred? If you are able to provide details, we can research. Our entire lot and tunnel is covered with 42 hi-def cameras and we will be able to see if any damage occurred.nnI am positive that I can get this resolved. I have the unlimited monthly washes which comes in very handy since I travel a lot. As much as i wash my truck there it still comes out cheaper for me to use the monthly wash since my water bill in my area would more if I used my personal water at home. I have used the Soddy Daisy and the Broad Street location in Chattanooga.

The parking lot is kind of confusing and a worker had a big hose draped across where we needed to drive... the wash was good but the vacuums are hard to get into and the end kept coming apart from the hose. I wouldn't highly recommend it

20.00 deluxe.. Still left some debri on front side doors. But still better than some.
