What you would expect... Reasonable price... Machines usually work well and owner is next door if you need assistance... Bathroom could be better, but you have to understand that there are vandals everywhere.... Other than that good place

Most of the dryers are out of order, a couple of the washers leak water on the floor during the wash cycles, and the bathroom isn't well maintained.

4 dryers in very back 3dryers by the sink and the 2nd one to the right starting at the double doors dont work.. but will take ur money ... no attendant so dont expect to get that back or for a sign to warn u ..... the doors on 4 washers r broken and 2 of them u have to force close .... one washer ran an error signal and I had to pay to wash in another washer ... its kept clean though that's the 2 stars
