Kats Car Wash Automatic

We used Kat's Car Wash - Signal Mountain location - a couple of weeks ago. The first bay we went in to was not working after it took our money. This was a Sunday afternoon, but we called the phone number listed and the lady we spoke with was very pleasant and took our address so she could send us a refund. We went in to another bay and it worked as it should. About a week later we received a refund along with a hand written note apologizing for the problem and thanking us for using their business. They also threw in a tree car freshener with the letter. Awesome customer service and caring from this business.

It does a great job of washing my car and the coke machines have a good selection for a cheap price.

Water is always hot and water- pressure is always great. Very friendly atmosphere.

Vaccums have little to no suction.. don’t know why I even tried the self serve car was.. little to no soap has a opinion for tire cleaner of course it didn’t work.. horrible good luck with this place..
