This is our second time using H.J. Martin and Son for our remodeling needs and I can't say enough about the wonderful job they did! This time we did a full basement remodel to include luxury vinyl flooring and new carpeting. Our entire experience was amazing! Starting with our designer, Karen, and ending with our installation crew everything was well thought out and executed flawlessly! Karen was GREAT to work with as she came to our home a couple of times to help with flooring selections and discuss design concepts. (And she was very respectful during this pandemic and wore a facemask the entire time.) The installation crew took the time to make sure all of the floors were level....and if not, they leveled before starting to lay the flooring. Plus, they were always on time, polite and neat! There was nothing left to do but enjoy our remodel and relax!

Tori and Dan were simply amazing! From the beginning of the project to the end everyone was timely and so courteous. The attention to detail on the tile work was meticulous! Save yourself some time and make this your only stop!

We bought floors and had HJ Martin and Son install them for us. Rachel was amazing to work with at the showroom. She was patient with us when we were undecided what we wanted for our floors and always kept us informed on what was going on. The install was a very smooth process also. The installers were professional and efficient, and did a phenomenal job! We can’t think of one thing we’d want to change from our experience.

Very disappointed in the Platinum Famous II we had installed last May 2019. This carpet shows every footprint and matting in high traffic areas, something Isaid I specifically did not want in a carpet for an entire upstairs. Only my husband and I live here, no pets or kids. Would never have bought this carpet if I had known how bad it looks I never would have bought this carpet
