The room was clean the bed was comfortable but the carpet was soaking wet under the sink and the whole area in front of the sink it was like saturated. They don't have good parking if you're driving a truck with a trailer. It was a decent place a lot of people stay there it's very busy it's cheap that's why

The stay was good, I stayed 3 nights and when I went to ask the girl if I could reserve the room again she said NO, because they were fully booked, needless to say I went to reserve one and they had lots of rooms...The point is I did not want to have to take my stuff out and go to another room..very rude, not presentable, looked like she just woke up! Employees need to have better appearance...And the guy that checked me in at night he was very nice and polite, smiling and very much presentable...Y'ALL NEED TO UPDATE FRONT DESK PERSON FROM THE MORNING

Clean, cheap & convenient! I was very pleasantly surprised with my room here – the hotel is not in perfect condition but everything was clean and it was very quiet. I requested a ground floor room close to a door and the manager gave me one right by the side entrance. I was able to park right outside of my room. Good wifi too.

When was clean the bed was comfortable the TV work well check-in was fairly easy they do take a $50 deposit. At them if he clientele is a cheap hotel but it wasn't bad I stayed late is all over the East Coast

The staff took smoke breaks too often. You go to the front desk and no one is there. Then you see them outside in front of the building smoking cigarettes. Gag! And their Key card system never works. Every single time you leave the room, the card stop working and you get locked out! I dealt with this for 5 days. To make matters worst, I ask for a late check out on my last day and the lady at the front desk said NO. The only good thing about this hotel, is the older white man who works at the front desk, during the day. The man is nice and have a bright smile and personality. The white woman who works the front desk appears detached, indifferent and very judgemental. Her customer service skills are questionable. Don't book here! You will not enjoy it. All hours of the night you'll be disturbed by loud thumping bass coming from guest cars in the parking lot!! A lot of questionable clientele at this location.
