Absolutely wonderful!! Excellent Customer Service/Care, Inside and outside is beautiful, the suites/rooms are gorgeous and well kept and reasonably priced!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Terrible. Look at mattress!! I stayed here a couple years ago and remembered it being unfinished...it is STILL in same unfinished state, huh??? Room is large, but mattress is BEYOND disgusting and no mattress protector. The walls are PAPER THIN, inside AND outside. Noisy Noisy, it is SO noisy! Cars racing outside, people loud inside. TERRIBLE. The ONLY thing I can say good, is it has a cool lighted mirror in bathroom. I lay here wondering if I am safe for the night, i feel I would be better sleeping in the car. Everytime someone walks down the hall I semi panic.nWill NEVER stay here again!!

In spite of the continued renovation at this hotel, my recent 2-night stay was a total disappointment. Lack of leadership at the frontend; combined with a non-accountablenhousekeeping staff doesn’t match up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. The inability to get clean towels over 12-hour period, combined with an in-room refrigerator that went into a defrost mode and flooded out the floors are only the beginning of my headache. Will not recommend this hotel nor stay here in my future frequent events to Columbia.

Hotel is being updated. Very nice staff. Good location for my business trip.
