The room is clean and has everything we needed. The shower is huge. There were plenty of towels. The area is nice. There weren't any people wondering or loitering around the building or general area. My only complaint is every noise in the hall could be heard. There was a loud discussion/ argument around 9pm. It didn't last long but it was like a loud echo through the door.nThat being said, I highly recommend this hotel.
My family & I stayed here & what a nightmare! Our vehicle got broken into & over $3,000 of valuables were stolen. Staff did nothing. No apology. No refund. Nothing! They acted as if they didn’t care & for that reason alone I feel as though it was an inside job. The female front desk workers were rude. The female housekeepers were super loud at 7 in the morning. I don’t suggest anyone to stay here. STAY ELSEWHERE
Hotel was clean and the night staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable enough, but the shower didn't get hot enough for my liking. I know...I'm nitpicking.
My husband and I loved it. Nice and clean the room was amazingly big and the bathroom too. The staff was very nice and helpful.
My review is to start off for Nigel at the front desk!! He was such a delight! I forgot my shampoo and tooth paste and was up and down a few time and he kept helping me out. We held out a nice conversation. He went above and beyond what he was suppose to do. He didn’t just stand behind that desk and check you in and “next” he took his time to talk to each and one of his customers that was coming in to stay! He has such a sparkling personality! It was such and honor to meet him! The hotel was great to stay at, very clean and cozy as well!! Enjoyed my stay!
