This is day 3 and the manager has yet to acknowledge that there is a problem at the hotel! There are roaches ud83eudeb3 and the place is filthy with poor customer service. He does not care about the customers and will hide instead of being an accountable manager!
Rooms were filthy, coffeemaker looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so clogged with dust it could not extract air, there was a good layer of dust and grime on every thing in the bathroom, the room smelled of smoke and the ceiling above the bed was black and looked moldy and water damaged. In addition the hairdryer and outlet in bathroom did not work. Employee at the front desk the morning we checked out questioned if my husband and son were smoking weed in the room they stayed in. We got in very late and my husband is a paraplegic. He was a little late checking out as it takes him longer to do the normal things any able bodied person can do and was badgered by the front desk employee about being late on check out. She was very rude.
Coming from NYC I've seen nice hotels and I must say this is a great one for the area. Very spacious and nice to meet and my daughter. Highly recommend the place.
Was bitten by bed bug last sunday ,dirty nathroom, bedrooms , old furniture , if i was anyone coming to columbia stay away from the one on garners ferry road
Got a room 4 50 dollars. No refund because the room was used unbeknownst to me. Smfh
