An amazing hotel. I’ve never left a review for anything in my life but I just had to. Never ending hot water, great water pressure, super clean even through COVID and a staff that is understaffed to day the least. The front desk ladies were amazing. Toni and Quan helped me so much even when I made a mistake with my booking. They were so nice and followed up about all my questions the next time I saw them. Super friendly with my daughter! They were wearing masks any time I saw them and cared about not entering the room during our stay because of corona. No bugs super big and comfy room. Can not recommend this hotel and the people more. STAY HERE.
We were disappointed with our stay at this establishment. We have stayed at many comfort inn and suites that have tried to go above and beyond during this time of Covid and this particular establishment seemed to use every excuse of Covid to be inhospitable, however the room did seem clean. The worst part was being woken up at 5:30 am to the smell of marijuana being smoked in our hallway. Do not recommend.
Good hotel, but still no pool or breakfast...the entire state has open public pools and restaurants AND a ton of Choice Hotels have open pools and are serving breakfast...i think some places are just using Covid-19 as a way to get out of doing pool maintenance and serving food...both are being paid for, why cant we have our perks back???
Nice and comfy. Easy in and out. Grab bag breakfast.
I made a reservation on May/30/2020 I let them know I had pets and wanted the jetted tub room I was told no problem and that there was a fee for pets I said no problem we are traveling. So 5 hours into my trip I am an hour and half outside of the hotel I get a call telling me that pets are not accepted in that room. So now I have to figure out where I want to stay while having been on the road already for a good amount of time. Not really appreciated and I travel a lot you will not be seeing business from myself and my company
