Days Inn by Wyndham Columbia NE Fort Jackson

The facility is 3 stars at best. The clerk and the housekeeping staff are 5+ stars. I had only a brief interaction with two housekeeping individuals and they were pleasant and friendly. Same goes for the front desk. There isn't exactly much they can do about the building and so I want to explain my low rating is a reflection on the building and not the staff

Dont waste your money it is roach infested bugs flying around everywhere the bedding is burnt from cigarettes. The only good thing is it has truck parking and is easily accessible. I will look a little harder for something nicer and spend a little more.

Stayed here Aug 23-28th and the check in guy was great and I arrived at 1am. Room was great had everything I needed and more and was as described on site. Cleaning people and all front desk are great. I reccomend this hotel and will be coming back next time in Columbia South Carolina and thank you all again to the whole Days Inn staff

I smoke cigarettes so asked for a smoking room. The last people in that room were smoking something other than cigarettes and the smell was SO BAD I opened the door and immediately got the worst headache I have ever had so I went in sprayed the room with perfume turned on the fan and left the door open for an hour while I sat in my car to air out the room so I could go in to sleep. I woke up and although there was a coffee maker,cups,and condiment packets in the room there were no coffee pods. When I went to the office to ask for some I rang the bell several times and waited 10 minutes but although I heard voices which could have been the TV? Nobody came to help me.

Room was ragged. Holes in comforter on bed. Bathroom not up to par. Bugs
