Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Columbia/Fort Jackson N

I have been staying this hotel on and off for at least 3 years for my projects in area. Excellent experience with staff and motel. The room was the cleanest that I've stayed in since covid . Location is near by restaurants in immediate proximity also they handed us a list of those that deliver. This has become our stop when we visit family in beautiful Columbia.

Best quality hotel that i know, I am working this area for 7 months so far and stay here all the time. Staff are nice and welcoming and helpful. I recommend every business personals and construction workers to stay here you will be treat like home and with respect. Everyone get treated with respect and dignity. This is your home while you on the road and away from home at work.

Enjoyed my stay very much It had been a long day with a lot of driving I was ready for a good nights sleep. Found the good bed and room to be relaxing. Room was clean and no road noise. Their free breakfast was very good also rooms was equipped a mini fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly employees at the front desk. I would stay here again when back in Columbia.

The Manager is very unprofessional and rude.He need to go back and take a one on one class in hospitality. Walked in and felt very discriminated against.I ask a question and was talked down for asking the question!!! Never will I ever be Patronizing this business!!

I was very pleased with the clean rooms. I. A picky person about where I lay my head came here. The staff is WONDERFUL. I was having a rough day and came here was able to take a nice shower and slep very well. Breakfast was cool. Maybe they can add sausages to it . Lol. Overall great stay even for the kids
