Frank's Car Wash

I always get compliments about how shiny and clean my car looks. Folks constantly ask me where I get my car washed. The vacuums are the best too.

The car was did a really good job. I got the $25 full wash. Only thing was had to drie it myself.

I would rate this a zero if I could. We took our brand new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado RST through the car wash on 9/6/2020. While in the wash we heard a loud bang on our roof. Upon exiting the car wash we got out to check and see if everything was alright and to reattach the antenna. The entirety of our passenger side was scratched from the very front beginning of our hood, all the way up over the roof of the truck and down the back. Our truck is black. We talked to the manager, who stated they would review the cameras to see if the scratches were there prior to us entering the wash, came out and said they couldn’t see anything. (Obviously because there were no scratches on it) Then Gave us corporates number and a form to cancel our monthly subscription that we had transferred from our old vehicle. We called corporate the following day and they never got back to us. We waited well over a week for a call back and decided to call again today. Called corporate office and at first they said they didn’t have any information about this, then once placing me on a hold, said that they tried calling us last week and had the wrong number. Gave me A number for Alex so we called and spoke to him. Their first lie was told within a few moments, Alex stated he tried calling us last week, which contradicted what corporate told us. Then Alex would not give us his last name and told us that it was absolutely not their car wash that did the damage on our brand new vehicle that only had 4 miles on it when driven off the lot.He told us to call BACK to corporate and we had to tell the same story again for the 4th time and are now waiting on a call from the owner. Very disappointed. For a car wash that states they are not at fault, it seems on social media that this happens to a lot of people at the same location on Clemson road and the car wash takes no responsibility for damages done.

Vacuums have zero suction. Exterior wash was decent though.
