Very professional, give care and compassion to the patients, willing to go the extra mile to assist.
They don’t bill your insurance or get in touch within a reasonable time ie send a bill so you can give it to them. Instead they wait 3-4 years & get the cash from your taxes which is dirty because then you can’t use the insurance you paid for. In an emergent situation you didn’t have a chance to give them your card.nTo me this is misuse of resources & unfair to the consumer.
