The ONLY place not to work with you during times like this ( Let me remind you, that everywhere* else has given loan forbearance, lowered APR rates, suspended payments, or not reported a missed payment to the CB...I am an Army Infantry (veteran) who spent time on the front lines defending a country for what? Some Un-professional ladies in an office who want to mess around with people's credit. On time payments for months even overpaying on the loan to them, and I miss one payment (credit gets burned 82 points into FAIR .... ) I'd advise against places like this unwilling to work with you when you need assistance.

I have used this company for several unexpected loan needs. The ladies in the Green wood office take care of my loan needs promptly,fairly and they treat you more like friends than cutomers. I had an issue about a year sgo and gave them a poor review but since i found it was not their fault it was miscommunication from my husband. I tell people this is a great company to do business with.

Staff is always courteous and friendly. I enjoy talking sports with fellow Wisconsinite Laura Lenz. I highly recommend anyone needing a little loan to stop in and see them!

Lori is amazing!! She always can get me in and out on my lunch break and gets me what I need!! I have been doing business with 1st Fraklin for a while now and never have had a problem with the staff!!!
