Extremely nice people here, but they didn't have what I was looking for. Highly recommend you give them a try.

What is now Hodge Real Estate, I would never recommend anyone to rent from them. They collect rent and negligent in fixing any repairs just to save money. It will take months or a year for them to respond in the midst of you continuing to inquire about when they coming. They can careless about repairs that may affect your child. Also, if you are a intelligent tenant that know statutes and hold them to the fire for what they don't do, Mitch and/or others will retaliate against you for handling or trying to resolve what they didn't do. For instance, because I am told them I may get third parties involved, Mitch tried to make it seem like it is a favor my rent has not changed in 8 years. So last week, 1-22-18, when I called to check the status of a mildew/mold report and see if they are going to fix a problem that I reported over a year ago along with recent problems. Don't you know he sent a letter out the same day raising my rent. Yes, they can raise your rent from being month to month. Why raise it now when I want to take action for you not doing what you suppose to do. Landlords expect you to take care of their properties, but they want take care of them. I pay rent on time every month and this should not be allowed by property owners. If I could post pics and recordings, I would because I can back up what I said on here. You will be a fool to rent from them.
