They deserve -5 stars. I stayed in one of the apartment complexes for 3 years and it was by far my worst experience with a rental company. They are very poorly managed, extremely slow to repairs, very quick to fine tenants for ridiculous infractions. I called the office once with a legitimate complaint and the person who answered was so rude that I asked to speak to a manager to complain. This is when I found out that I was speaking with the OWNER and I can tell you that she has no business being in business. The apartments I stayed in are now under new ownership and that company turned the entire rental experience around within a month just by caring about the tenants. I recommend renting from Landmark Woods at any of their properties.
