Buying a house seems like it's a simple function and having a real estate agent in my opinion should be to thoroughly explain and advise regarding areas that you are new to/novice. My experience is ongoing and terrible, since encountering this office and one agent in particular I can say that I am skeptical when it comes to making a future purchase with any real estate agent, my level of trust for the profession and this agency in particular has been catastrophically damaged.

If you are looking for a professional property management group do not use this company. They do not do home inspections at any point for any reason even upon extending a lease agreement. This will lead to having to repair or replace everything that has gone wrong with the home once the tenants move out. If you are looking to pay a company 10% to take the tenants money and then deposit your portion then this is the company for you!

Just trying to get a house and got a hold of the Realtors then they never called me back and then by the time I finally got the secretary on the phone somebody else had already put a contract on it a week later and I've been trying to get a hold of realtor for a week don't waste your time with these people cuz they they will waste yours
