Elizabeth is who my family and I are working with if you would like to call it that (I wouldn't). We move into this house a nice house however, the carpet wasn't done by move in time (putting it in) so we spent night in hotel), there are nails sticking out in steps, had to buy light bulbs for whole house, sinks clogged, front door doesn't lock unless you play McGyver on it. Oh and there were wasps that came in through fireplace (I mean six in one day) and I got stung! Elizabeth got all the $ upfront but I repeatedly call & send text telling her how disappointed I am in her lack of professionalism. Once this year is up we CAN NOT wait to move out this house & find a better realty company. Be better than this Elizabeth.

I used this company to rent my home. Elizabeth is over rentals @ Weichart and she did a sorry job. I renovated my home before renting. 4 yrs later the tenants stopped paying and abandoned my house and left it in a mess. She didn't even know they moved. She claimed she did inspections but the damages showed otherwise. Find another company to manage your property. Elizabeth is not the one. I had to renovate my home all over again when I got it back. It was roach infested. It was damaged by smoking and the tenants had a large pool in the back. All things the lease forbade yet she claimed she did inspections. Never again.
