I have dealt with a lot of companies. I truly see where this company stands out above the rest. They are always trying to make sure that their tenants are happy and feel at home. Above and beyond! Thank you!

This is a great place to stay especially if you are professional and it is very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly but respectful and not intrusive. The staff go above and beyond to provide you good service.

Like many have said they treat you kind in order for you to rent from them. However once you're locked in they become rude and money hungry . Everything is your fault for ex: the paint is peeling on the ceiling well my friend that's your fault and you have to pay a 50 dollar fee bc now we have to fix it not to mention every 3 months it's damn near a 20$ increase in rent. Don't expect a deposit back ...even if u did them a favor and had things renovated for their apt. They treat you as if you're on public housing and even there you would get more respect,consideration, and compassionate landlords/business. You have been warned!!!!

Really should have read the reviews prior to signing a lease with them. Everything everyone complains about is proving to be very true. We're renting from them at Landmark Woods and it's an absolute nightmare.nnEdit to reply: Are you not affiliated with them at all? Because the woman I had to deal with was Barry Grantham. She referred to herself as the owner and definitely needs to work on her people skills. I'd imagine if you have anything to do with her and don't care about the way she represents your company's name, this review was justified.

Terrible place to rent. Carpet was filthy and so old it was black around the edges, stained, and ripped from the tack strip. Then they charged me $150 to clean it. It should have been replaced years before. Maintainence takes up to 3 weeks to answer your problem. When we left it was spotless yet they automatically charged me $83 to clean it when I know full well they didn’t need to do a thing. In fact, other than the carpet, it was left much cleaner than we found it. The carpet was beyond cleaning. When I complained after receiving a small percentage of our deposit, they claimed they would only talk to my husband but never returned our calls. Worst place we’ve ever rented. We travel around the country for my husbands job and have rented without incident. Never lived in a worse place. Beware and stay away!
