We ordered a large #14 with a coke and when we got to the window they handed us jalapeño poppers and a coke. We then told them that’s not what we ordered and they asked us to pull forward and they would bring out the right order and we still did not get the complete order. So good luck getting the right order when you go.

We purchased a roast beef classic sandwich combo and a grill roasted chicken wrap combo. Both were very good. I was totally surprised at the large size of chicken. It's a little on the pricey side. A chicken wrap by itself is $5.62 (Plus tax). where the combo is only $2-3 more. Employees were professional and were efficient. We couldn't go in but the grounds and the building were well kept and clean. Easy parking with hanicapp parking.

Worst Arby's roast beef ever. And Arby's is my favorite fast food, so extra disappointed. The bun was soggy multiple places, and the meat seemed a lower grade than usual.nMaybe she misunderstood, but the young lady at the window gave me sauce instead of salt. ud83dude15 Husbands Italian was OK.

Always a bad experience at this place. Called to place an order. I'm staying behind them at hotel. Explain to manger that my vehicle is too big for drive thru ask could I place my order and pick up at door since inside is not open. Manger told me I can place and wait in drive thru line while they have cars around building. It's always a problem with Customer Service and Hospitality at this location or my food not right.
