I'm very disappointed with the service that we received this morning. The waitress who's name is danelle was rude. We were nice and respectful but this chick was acting like we were bothering her. After our food came she bought us syrup and never came back. She just stood there ignoring us. She gave the cook our bill and asked him to bring it to us. She acted like we did something to her. The upside was another waiter came to help us with a smile so we tipped him and another waitress while the mean ole Lion just stood there. We are in disbelief at what just happened. We are from Washington, DC and enjoy eating at the Waffle House. The first time we came, the staff greeted us with a smile and a loud Welcome to Waffle House. I guess the third shift don't care. They need to do better

Well I’ve never felt more disrespected as I was felt when I visited this restaurant. Just because I asked for mustard and ketchup on my burger abs no lettuce, tomato or onions or pickles. The waitress had to make a smart remark not only to me but to her co- workers where everyone could hear. Then when I asked for Un- sweet tea I got another attitude. I will never visit this place again. My boyfriend ordered coffee and got a cup of coffee grounds. When our food came everything I said not to put on my burger had on it. The waitress clearly didn’t care.

The waitress that I ordered from was really nice even though it was very late. And the food came out real quick even though it was busy.

Everyone was polite.nnWaitress forgot to put in the order for the side of bacon. When the bacon was almost done she realized she ordered 1 waffle instead of 2, so we had to wait longer.nnThe steak was like eating leather.

A place I enjoy we I want that down to earth feeling because everyone's so friendly. Like eating with family feeling. The food is always what you ordered. Never without a smile.
