Negative 5 stars!!!! Did online order, said to pickup at 12:42. Still waiting at 1:22pm. They left out an entire order. Had I not checked the boxes I would have driven 20 minutes home without my husband's food. Ordered biscuits and gravy online, get to the store and they're out of that too. Not one I'm sorry, no apologies..no nothing. My online order was right there in front of them and they still couldn't get it right. Won't be going there ever again!! Would have gotten a refund and left without food but for some reason there was no manager on duty...

This morning as I tried to enter this establishment one of the two entrance doors was locked. I looked around for a clean booth, but none due to dirty plates. I sat at a table for ten minutes and no one greeted nor offered a menu. I picked my belongings up and walked out. I tried calling the facility to speak with a manager and no one answered the phone. This is a convenient location, but will not waste my time again... customer service is a rarity these days!

real nice people in Quick Service

The staff here are severely overworked the so called owner/manager cant seem to do a thing on his own except tell the all the staff to tell each other what they have to do...for the most part the employees are very friendly but since theres only 5 ppl to run a 24 hr restaurant, I can understand why they are so tired...other than that the food is WAY overpriced...its a breakfast house, not Outback.
