Haven't heard a single good thing about this place, regardless I need work and tried to apply online only to encounter broken webpages, etc.

Horrible company to do business with. They refuse to pay their bills. In fact they will not return phone calls or e-mails either. If you are a contractor be very wary of doing business with them.

I scheduled a phone interview with Carrie Brown, recruiter at Giti Tire. I had applied for an administrative assistant position full time. While in the phone interview I realized the position she was referring to I didn’t apply for. Nor did I prepare for because I didn’t have the duties and objectives for said position. And when I inquired about the position she was referring to she became unprofessional and rude. She said she would “ get to it.” And agreed the position she was talking about I didn’t apply for. But there was a new position available. An Admin position that was Part Time and Temporary.nThe phone interview went south after I asked her to provide me with the job description so I could see the list of duties and make sure it was within my capabilities. She said I was being rude. I decided to discontinue my phone interview with her because I wasn’t going to lower my integrity to argue with her when asking normal interview questions.nnMy question to HR and Carrie Brown is, why would you schedule an interview for a position I didn’t apply for AND that’s not being advertised on a job board online? I decided to report her to her supervisor Michelle, but of course she’s still CURRENTLY employed. It makes me wonder how many qualified candidates are being turned away because Carrie Brown (a recruiter) is disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. This is just a heads up to anyone applying to Giti. Carrie Brown needs to be discharged from her position. She’s not qualified to work with the general public as a recruiter. Carrie Brown lacks tact and transparency. Just like you as an employer have a right to interview candidates. Candidates have a right to interview you as an employer as well. I just wanted to make people aware of what i experienced so they won’t have to possibly deal with the disrespect I did.
