When calling McConnells Plumbing because my Well Pump went out I spoke to Nikki who was so super helpful and friendly, made me feel like family! I told her that I was going to have my son-in-law look at it first and if that didn't work I would call them. Well I had to call them and Jerry came out and assessed the situation. He told me upfront everything I needed and what the price would be so there were no surprises. Jerry worked 2 1/2 days on my well pump and got it fixed. This company really stands behind the fact that they treat you like family...their prices are good as well. I would totally recommend them and will be using them in the future for other issues!
Bo was so polite and super knowledgeable and found the leak quickly. Niki was so responsive and helpful in getting Bo to us quickly and handled the scheduling like the professional she is! I highly recommend McConnells Plumbing to everyone!
