Dependable, friendly, professional. Did an excellent job. Will call them again when I need a plumber.
I called them Monday night I got a callback the next morning the lady told me that she couldn’t get anybody out that day but she would callback around 4:00 to 5:30 and let me know when someone would be out she never called so I called back Wednesday and she told me they couldn’t get anyone out til Thursday and she would later that day and give me a time they would be out but she never did callback and I waited til 12:00 Thursday . So I called Carter’s Quality plumbing and they was came out the next morning.
I have been using the services of Best Rate Plumbing for about nine years. The staff is friendly, respectful and professional. All of the staff that I have dealt with have been great! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quality plumbing needs!
