Express Car Wash

Had to go back and then the heavy set guy was so beyond RUDE to my husband...this is why we started going across the street! I'll pay a few more dollars to people who know what good customer service is!! Clearly that guy doesn't know it and I'm pretty sure he's the owner?!

I noticed the exterior of my car was still dirty after the wash. Chris came out of the office during his meal break to offer if I would like to ride through again. Exceptional customer service and a wonderful job! Thank you x100, Chris!

We got into a car accident in front of this place... It sucked! As fast as the car wash... Seems to be good cause I see folks there all the time. It's like full service or something like that

My husband took his car here to get it cleaned out. The wash did a great job since it was not being down by a person. However, the inside didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. Only one of the four kids working on his car was actually doing anything. The others were making faces and doing next to nothing. When my husband went out to see if they were done, he expressed his irritation. The manager was called out, and his response, before even looking at the car, was they don’t give refunds. So he has evidently had issues like this before. My husband said he didn’t want a refund and showed him the inside. The manager did not even apologize or have his guys finish the job. Never again will they get a penny from us. Do not waste your money or time.

The manager taking payment today (Scott) is SO RUDE. Such an unpleasant experience, I will gladly take our business somewhere else where they actually treat customers like human beings. Scott, if you hate your job so much, find another one and maybe you’ll treat people better.
