Magic Touch Car Wash

Positive: Girl who takes money was pleasant; it was her second day on the job.nCons: Everything else! I wanted the $30 interior/exterior service. Waited in line for 10 minutes. When it was my turn was told it would be at least an hour wait, which is fine but now it's too late to get out. Was FORCED to buy an $8 car wash so I could leave.nWill mention that I was offered to buy the $30 wash and I could come back later to have interior done but that didn't work for me as I don't live in town and would need to make an unnecessary trip. Wanted to just leave but was FORCED to buy an$8 wash.nThe $8 wash was poor quality. I now will have to wash the car and clean the interior at home. And I'm out $8!!

I had a fantastic car wash at Magic Touch! The staff was extremely hardworking and detailed in my car wash. No scratches or damage like there sometimes is with drive through washes. Anything the drive through missed, the workers took care of!

I had my car cleaned here a few months ago and everything was fine. I went yesterday to have my car cleaned and it was 45 minutes prior to close. I was informed by an employee that it was too late to get my car cleaned on the inside and I would have to get there before 5 next time. I asked if they close at 6, he responded that they do but they stop cleaning the inside an hour before closing because it was getting dark. It was not dark at all at 5:15. So I paid for an exterior wash and the back of my car is still really dirty. Please update your hours and check the car wash because it didn’t clean the back of my car at all. I hate to review like this, but it was a big disappointment for the money.

Went there today and got the express wash that included towel dry. Terrible job drying. Missed many spots. Asked him to wipe my rims and he said they're not included. Rims are included with towel dry at any other car wash I've gone to. Waste of time.
