Taco Bell

4/5/21 6:35pm Absolutely horrible experience, paid for extra beef and did not receive it. They would not give me a receipt and didn’t want to remake the nachos. When they finally did they still were not extra beef and the food looked absolutely horrible and lazily prepared. We’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and this will be the last time. Do yourself and spend the extra 20 minutes driving to Anderson, that’s how long they’ll have you waiting here so you might as well.

Just left this location. Horrible service and employees do not listen to customer at all. There pepsi has been out for weeks and I guarantee last time I will ever go there. Never can get a simple order right. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

We have lived in Belton for 6 months. My husband and I are huge fans of Taco Bell. They even cartered are wedding in Myrtle Beach. We travel all the time and have eatin at Taco Bells all over the east coast........ This Taco Bell in Belton is the WORST RESTAURANT I have ever experienced. Today was the very last time they will get our money. We could walk to this location and will not drive to Anderson. We eat at Taco bell 3 times a month that the very least...... Every single time this place has been miserable to bare. Never again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, OR BREATH at this location. 45 minutes to get pur food today after they come to the car to tell Mt husband AFTER 30 MINUTES of waiting that they gave our food to someone else.

I used to give it a 5 star until this year and the end of last year.I used to be a manager of a fast food and retail. If I was the manager of this establishment,most of the people would be fired.I also used to work at a KFC/Taco Bell. Our managers would have never put up with this work space and establishment or the attitudes or wrongful missing products or messing up orders. Anyways this place has really gone down hill. There is however some good employees here.but the bad ones make the good ones look bad.They need ahole nother food and safety courses.The also need classes how to handle various things to better there business. The workers and management need to come together and be a team. All of the managers and employees need training and classes.If you do not come together as a team you have no business. If you want your business to work you have to have respect for each other and helping each other no matter what part of the restaurant you work on. Everybody needs to be trained in all areas. Thank You

I strongly don't recommend going to the taco bell in Belton. Slower than Molasses and not very bright.
