The guys installed a new aerobic septic system and we are completely happy with it so far. The installers, Phillip, Blake and Josh were awesome. Blake worked magic with his skid steer and excavator and they all were very polite, respectful and informative. Phillip was great at problem solving on the spot as issues arose.nThe only issue was that the office/scheduling communication could have been better. We almost always had to initiate the conversation but then they followed through after that.nWe would highly recommend Dusty and team!

The office staff was very courteous and professional. They got me on the schedule very quickly, explained everything and answered all my questions. I got reminders leading up to the appointment and a heads-up text once the service professional was on his way, right on time.nnAustin was friendly, helpful, quick and fixed everything. We would use and recommend Dusty Underwood Plumbing again. We had been waiting for weeks on other companies who could not give us a schedule date or an upfront price. Dusty Underwood Plumbing gave us a reasonable upfront price (lower than we paid for the same thing 6 years ago) and an appointment within 2 days. We highly recommend this company!

They did a great job. The receptionist, Jennifer, was very pleasant and helpful. She gave me a clear breakdown of the cost. Austin was our technician. He was professional and fun! He was willing to answer my questions and gave me advice. I am very happy with their service and would like to use them again. Thank you!

I called yesterday and my appointment was made for 830am today. The technician, Wes, was amazing! He was very professional and solved every problem our system threw at him - and there were a lot! He was very straightforward with the options so we could make well informed and easy decisions. He went above and beyond what we expected. He definitely deserves a raise after what we put him through! We signed up for a service contact because of Wes. They have the lowest price I've ever experienced so I couldn't pass it up. God love y'all - Thank you for answering the phone yesterday! We couldn't be happier!

We had a leak over the weekend and needed an emergency repair. They were responsive and had a tech out to us within 2 hours. Our tech Josh was thorough and explained everything to us. Great service and friendly. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be using them again in the future.
