2/11/21. Blackburn was scheduled to come first thing on a Friday morning. On Thursday around the lunch hour they called to see if they could come that afternoon. I was happy to have that option. Trevor showed up and was immediately good with my dogs. After telling him my greatest concern was my ventless gas fireplace and that I’d never used it, he went to work trying to get it lit and checking out everything. He explained how it worked and made me much more comfortable with using it now. He then switched over to my clogged sink and water pressure issues and got those taken care of with no mess or surprises. He checked many things to diagnose my pressure issues. Finally he cleaned aerators at sink that were down to a trickle and then he was on his way. Great guy, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Another great experience.nn12/31/19. I called Blackburn around noon on December 31 after spending the morning trying to figure out what was wrong and what to do about my low water pressure and almost non-existent hot water. My first contact was with Kaitlyn and she was very kind and understood my problem and went to work to see if they could get someone out to my home quickly for just the diagnosis of my problem. She connected me to David, the Service Manager, who said he could be out as soon as Kaitlyn entered the service order for.a $69 diagnosis fee. Upon going ahead with any repair needed, the call fee would be waived on the next call. This sounded like a great deal to me and so the call was scheduled. Little did I know how much value I would actually receive for my $69! David arrived and went to works evaluating the water heater, then the shower where I first had a problem, the kitchen sink and so on. The problem ended up being a washer that had moved out of place and was actually impeding the water flow. He replaced the shower head including applying more plumbers tape. He check each faucet’s aerator and cleaned them. He then tackled what is the most horrible job for me, unclogging my bathroom sink drain. He did as much as he could but it was going to require removing some parts and with the amount of water standing, it was going to take a while and longer than I wanted to spend. After a couple other of my minor requests, he went through a checklist in each of my plumbing areas and wrote down everything that needed a little work. It was excellent for my needs. The best news was that I didn’t have a huge repair needed and associated cost. I’m so thankful I made the call to Blackburn and will definitely use them for future needs.

Trevor with Blackburn replaced our entire water system. After he repaired a severe line break resulting from a week long freeze event, he showed us pictures of our outdated and inadequate water piping. We booked him to come back and replace all of our 25 year old piping.nHe did a super job, was timely and neat in his work. Both he and his helper were courteous and easy to work with. Being new in the area, it is great to have found an honest plumbing contractor with professional people such as Trevor. Way to go Blackburn!nWith great Appreciation, Robbin Long

This is the third time River has helped with plumbing issues at this house---each time a different issue, because he fixes them right the first time. He really knows his stuff, works quickly, but always asks if there is anything else he can look at for us that might need attention before he leaves, as we just moved in to an older home. He looks for the most cost-effective solutions and explains options in a simple, understandable way when decisions need to be made. I highly recommend him!

Baylen Did a wonderful job. He installed two outdoor faucets for me and had it done in 90 minutes. Very reasonable price!

River and his coworker are outstanding. Very professional. They came out on the coldest day in years. Lots of snow. They did the job, never complained. I highly recommend Blackburn. These 2 guys are going to be the ones to watch. They are who every business wants as a face of the company.
