Wow I wish I would've read the reviews before I hired these guys! Over a week wait time for a plumber come out for an appointment. They don't tell you that when you call and book with them! Overcharged from what was quoted over the phone for a water heater install and they left the job half done. I called Diamond C Plumbing to finish it and was very happy with them. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber!

They tell you that a technician will be out shortly which never showed up. Then they send you voice mail long before they close and never get back in touch with you. Great way to run a business

Called Exum on a Monday, was told worst case scenario a tech would come Wednesday. Fair enough. By that Friday I hadn’t heard from them so I called to find out a status and received quite the attitude with the remark, “Whenever one of them grabs it off the board, they’ll give you a call.” That following Tuesday I got a missed call at 1pm, perhaps it was someone from Exum, but there was no voicemail so I don’t know for sure. That following Friday received no word from them. Really feels like they don’t want the business. Called another plumber and got the entire problem solved within about 3 hours later.

I’m not sure if we were put on the back burner because of our home warranty, but three days and no one ever showed up, no courtesy call, nothing. When I did call, I was told that our address was still on the board, with no explanation as to what the hold up was or even a time frame as to when we could expect service. Granted our problem isn’t an emergency, but I assumed that we would’ve had some kind of service and/or call. Pretty disappointed in this company seeing as they have the most and best reviews out of this area.

I realize every plumbing problem is an emergency, but this company was swift and professional. The guys worked diligently to find the problem, it seemed they were not gonna quit until they found it. They worked extremely hard without taking a second for a break. I highly recommend this company.
