Called on January 8th to schedule an appointment for service on our heat pump... girl that answered the phone took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No one ever called. Called again January 18, girl that answered phone said they would call me back, no one called. Called again on January 19th, said they would try to work me in, never seen anyone and no one ever called. Tried one more time... called January 20, girl that answered the phone apologized, said for sure she would have someone get back with me, never heard anything! ☹

Wow. Bakers plumbing in Heavener will be taken off my 'go to' list. Maybe they're good at what they do, I wouldn't know. I'm sure it's a well known family there, but when the person says 'they' will be there tomorrow, (today) and 'they' don't show, then I called and said that I expected them today. I guess she didn't like that I brought it up and HUNG UP on me

This is our experience we called a week ago and made an appointment for today asking if they could be here by sometime in the morning but for sure before noon so I could go to work I took off all morning waited all morning, no plumber no call no problem fixed. If they are not competent enough to call and let them let someone know they're not coming did I damn sure wouldn't count on them fixing my plumbing issue. You cause me to miss a whole mornings worth of work and that's not cool that's not the way you do business and it sure about the way you're going to get more business

Called Thursday morning broke heater said the boss would call...never did, called back that afternoon said I had small children if they couldn’t make it I needed to find someone who could. They promised someone would be there that day...heard nothing. Next morning called for a 3rd time they said “oh yes let me call my boss right now I’ll call you back in 10 minutes, 2 hours later I called green country refrigeration had a repair man here within the hour.
