They were wonderful staff the first year I was there. The second year they switched people around and then they were AWEFULL! Didn't do anything about the mice in the fireplaces, when I moved they didn't contact me about the walk through. Then they didn't send me a check or notification that they were taking my down payment due to cleaning. They never sent anything to my old roommate either! Oh well, I loved living in Neenah. Pool area was great. Management could have been better though.
