Nobody likes the police, let’s face it if they’re in your face things are not going well for you. If you ever need them in something as simple as a noise complaint or somebody is looking iffy around your place of business, they are there! I want to thank the Orem police department for the way they conducted themselves. It can’t be an easy job riding the fine line of just and merciful. They do it well!
Their social media account deserves 5/5 stars alone but their officers and dispatchers are also not just professional but helpful, caring, and down to earth. Even when I’ve gotten a ticket, I haven’t had a bad experience (outside owing the government even more money).
One of the best Police agencies i have ever had to work with . Officers are highly trained and they have one of the best Pre-hire interviews to assure the community gets good officers.
I want to say thank you to the Orem police department for the kindness and caring they gave while having to deal with the horrific car crash that took my son. They were doing their job and maintaining control without showing how the accident may be affecting them. Our family sends our deepest gratitude.

I'm grateful for the work that the police do, but the fact that their lobby hours are 8-6 Mon-Fri kind of irritates me. I have something that I want to turn in to them that may be time sensitive, but I work 8-6 every day. I wish they would have an open area for the public to go in and report things 24hrs a day. They have a little intercom with a button, but it doesnt work
