Three different trips order wrong every time management don't care

This is officially my favorite Taco Bell the staff is always friendly they’re always quick and I can always trust my food comes out right! I recently made a review and received a response! That tells me that they truly care about their customers! As a restaurant consultant I can tell you that that is very rare and very respectable for a business especially fast food! Thanks Taco Bell! Keep up the great work!

I ordered a party nachos, a 12 pk tacos and 3 5-layer burritos. It took them 20 minutes to get my order out. Usually, I'm patient with big orders, however, the staff was pushing other orders out past mine. One dine in and roughly 9 drive thru. All of them ordered after me. Absolutely poor service. It's never taken that long at this particular location before. Zero stars!

Good service fresh food friendly guys we visited 01/29/21 at around 10:30pm the drive thru guy was really polite.

They have went down hill in my views but my grandkids like their food but taking off certain menu items they are about ready to quit going especially the Mexican pizza
