National Weather Museum and Science Center

The individual who provided us the tour was passionate about us understanding everything that was available there! Well worth the visit if your into weather. Kids will especially enjoy some of the exhibits!

I took a group of students to visit the museum today. It was very cool! We were given a personal tour by Doug and Ann and absolutely enjoyed it! My Epic families and I highly recommend you visit! Well worth the time and small entrance fee.

Great displays and good precautions for COVID

A wonderful place to visit! Very interesting items and incredibly knowledgeable staff and volunteers. I highly recommend visiting the National Weather Museum and Science Center.

A brief glimpse into the history, technology, and impact of meteorological science. We we're given a tour by one of the volunteers, and we never felt like he was anything less than a subject-matter expert. I only have two minor complaints: This gem really needs a better sign outside (we nearly missed it, and we were looking), and they need some funding thrown their way (not a negative on them). This place is a cool and fascinating little place, definitely worth taking the kids.
