Horrible. The front loaders do not clean the clothes. The first time I went, I assumed it was because I overfilled the washer but, the second time I put way less clothes in and the washers still did not clean my clothes.nnWhen I washed sheets, one even came out still dry in certain spots, and did not come clean.nnTold the worker and was told they checked the washers that morning and they worked fine. Spent about $45 in two trips just on washers for my clothes to still come out filthy.nnETA: It's two years later. Made the mistake of coming back, clothes still not clean. Some of them came out dirtier than when I put them in.

I would say customer service was great I didn't see it at first but it was. I had a problem with the washers I put so much soap about 6 cups and there was 0 soap suds In 2 of the 6 washers I used. The associate had me read one of the signs and it said the washers I used were eco friendly and used 40% less water so you won't see much water or suds... ud83dude44 I was very disappointed , she said If i wasn't happy with the wash she would let me reload in the regular white top washers. In the end my wash came out decent. I felt like it didn't get a thorough rinse but they smelt great except for 2 sheets and 1 pillow case that I should have treated before washing. (Because I have a toddler and accidents happenud83dude05 I realized too late.) So I'd say 4 starts is fair overall.

First time using this laundromat since we lost power due to the Ice storm that just blew through OKC. I have used many of laundromats in my days and I have to say this one of the nicest ones I’ve been to. All of the vibrant house plants make you feel right at home, and the place is very clean! No trash about, machines look well kept, large folding tables, vending machines, newer equipment, and friendly staff! I give 2020 zero stars, but this place earns a solid 4.7 from me.
