I have used a few different carpet cleaning services and action carpet cleaning and restoration has to be the best by far. Will came out and was not only on time but he was very professional, nice, and did the job better than I could have asked. He made what I thought would be a rough day go very smooth and my carpet looks brand new and my couches actually make me want to sit on them now that he cleaned them. The price was beyond fair and anytime I need this service again I know who I am calling and I’m going to let my family/friends know who they should use as well. You guys are awesome as a company and never let go of Will he is one of the best employees in this field I have met and I appreciate his work.
Will is amazing! I called today needing same day service for my dad's house. He called back and scheduled the service very quickly. Will was in constant communication with me and did a fabulous job! I am very pleased!! He called me right back on Sunday, the next morning after I called around 11:30p on Saturday the night before. I wanted to add another room before he started and there was no problem at all. He helped me move my couches out of the way, which he didn't have to do and was very informative about the whole process. My carpet looks better now then when I moved in. Thank you to Action Carpet Cleaning...I am beyond excited.!!. Also done with whole house in less than an hour. I will definitely be using these guys again.
Will was very friendly. He gave suggestions on services that would make our home smell better, due to pets. His prices are much better than others. I recommend him if you want a professional!!! See you in 6 months Will.
They were very professional, prompt and thorough! My carpets and rugs look and smell wonderful. If you own small dogs you know what a challenge it is . I would recommend this company highly and I will use them again in the future.
