They broke the buttons on an expensive suit. They didn't button up the suit so I wouldn't notice. I called them when I saw what they had done. They agreed to replace them but they put really cheap buttons on and they were sewn on crooked so now the suit doesn't even button properly!! I will never use them again!!!

I would give a negative 5 stars if it would let me but I had to give 1 star to even post the review. Took 22 big and tall men’s dress shirts in to by laundered and pressed. 18 came back with burn holes. Refused to refund or pay for shirts. Owner would not even talk to me. Horrible customer service.

Needed two shirts pressed and cleaned. A makeup stain from one shirt wasn't able to get removed from one of the shirts... they could have tried a little harder for the price I paid. I was sad. It's ruined.

The woman came across something that they couldn't do, and she was quick to be real with me and send me to someone who could manage the project. I will ABSOLUTELY be back with other laundering needs. I feel very comfortable leaving items with people who won't take a chance on possibly ruining an important item, and therefore feel much more comfortable leaving things here in the future. THANK YOU for not risking damage to my important item!
